The Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) is one of the most widely used scales in the OCD literature for measuring OCD severity. While the Y-BOCS is now over 30 years old, and the field has come a long way in that time, scores on the Y-BOCS can still be informative given the vast body of research that has been conducted with it.
This version includes 10 questions relating to OCD severity as well as a further (optional) 71 question long specific symptom checklist.
