The PCL-5 is a 20-item self-report measure of the 20 DSM-5 symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
There are two methods for determining a clinically significant score. Either by raw score, or by the number of questions in the four diagnostic criteria above a certain level.
The report generated by the questionnaire below automoatically calculated numbers for the interpretation of scores against both scoring methods.
The report includes the four domains consistent with the four diagnostic criteria of PTSD in DSM-5. Namely:
- Re-experiencing
- Avoidance
- Negative alterations in cognition and mood
- Hyper-arousal
